    Lead code and width.

Hello guys, I'm looking to buy the lead for my lean to roof. I've read 25mm into the morter joint, theres a 65mm upstand before it hits the tiles. Would 110mm be enough to cover the tiles? Total 240mm or would be 300mm be better? Thanks in advance James

Hello guys, Do you install your soffit and facsia before or after tiling your roof? I was hoping to do it after I had tiled the roof, is there an issue with this? Thanks James

    Maximum overhang on verge.

Hello Roofer, I got the 3200mm from laying out the tiles to max stretch, which wasnt much. I'm going to cut the left had tiles in order to get the size required, it will barely be seen other than my neighbours back garden Thanks J

    Maximum overhang on verge.

Hello guys, Single story extension, lean to roof. I've got 150mm undercloaks to go on the gable. The total width outter gable to outter gable is 3200mm. 17 redland 49's come to more of less exactly 3200mm with the concrete base connector cut off on the far left tile. To have...

Fullfill insulation in a 75mm cavity to reach 0.28?

Hello guys, The news was totally unexpected. He had a look at what I had done and said it was okay as long as I used a silica render on one of the walls internally as a belt and braces. Thanks for all your advice guys, I know I came across melodramatic but I was planning for the worst...

Fullfill insulation in a 75mm cavity to reach 0.28?

Thank you guys, I'll let you know how I get on tomorrow. When I spoke to BCO this morning he basically asked how I would show him the bottom was clear. I'm under the impression that as long as it's below the 215mm DPC line it's okay? Regarding regid boards, tbh your not wrong, they're...

Fullfill insulation in a 75mm cavity to reach 0.28?

hello tony, Thanks for your response, I was hoping to go down the route to put more in the loft to compensate. Looking at the Part L doc http://www.planningportal.gov.uk/uploads/br/BR_PDF_ADL1A_2010.pdf It states that the highest U value for walls when using area weighted is .30...
