Hello guys, Just looking at how to fix a plate to a wall for roof rathers to hit on. I've seen the chemical resin solutions with chemical studs and I've also seen anchor bolts. Assuming I was using 12*180mm anchors would these be as strong as the chemical fixings? Thanks in advance...

Hello guys, I'm building a single story extention with a pitched roof, do I put cavity wall insulation (Kingspan) up to the eves or inclusive of the eves to meet regs, as the loft insulation will be at eve height. Hope that makes sense :) James

honest of god woody this thing was like it was made by the devil. Slight level drop so re-did all connections then it just started dripping both sides from the nipple type things. Lets see what tomorrow brings.

Did youhave any problems with it? The tripple seal for 200mm riser doesnt seem to hold tight and seams to be two seaps from the nipple like things under the riser base! These seaps havesent me old a wild goose chase soimethingq that should have taken an hour to all put together has driven me up...
