had mine power flushed same prob didn't work!!power flushing is very low pressure so if its stubborn it will not help

Mine is also 32mm and fully lagged still froze solid.Come to conclusion lagging does sweet FA in this weather...

cheers for that!! plumber coming tomorrow to fit 40mm,32mm was froze solid even after it was cut with a "12 icicle hang in out of it. still not confident of this working with temps we have at minute. think trace heating element is the only fix

My condensate pipe has froze again outside 32mm froze solid. as a temp fix can i run pipe from boiler into a bucket for tonight or is this a no no!!! going to fit trace heating element when i can find some instock

as hedder my boiler has a preheat function currently turned off. the condensate pipe has been freezing even though it goes into a "1 and a half pipe externally.must be starting to freeze in cavity before it goes external.my question is if the preheat was turned on would this help the freezing...

I take it at that size your using fibre cement slates.Something like eternit 13.3 per metre about 240 with eaves and tops

It's the weight of those horrible hardrow slates causing the sagging

The hinge on my w/m door broke so i replaced with a new one. how ever when i removed the 2 screws on the washer that the bracket screws to,i heard the bracket inside the washer fall off inside the machine how do i retrieve the said retaining bracket.wtf could they not have it welded to the machine
