Temp Froze condensate pipe fix is this allowed

My condensate pipe has froze again outside 32mm froze solid.
as a temp fix can i run pipe from boiler into a bucket for tonight or is this a no no!!!
going to fit trace heating element when i can find some instock

basically just like this one for tonight bottom of page

I did that in desperation and only until I could run it internally the next day.

I have been told that in the right/wrong circumstances, it could allow small amounts of CM to escape.

cheers for that!! plumber coming tomorrow to fit 40mm,32mm was froze solid even after it was cut with a "12 icicle hang in out of it.
still not confident of this working with temps we have at minute. think trace heating element is the only fix
