What is the box on the bottom of the pipe at the base? I’m not sure if there’s a drain there you see so surely it shouldn’t have been placed there if there is no drainage?

There is no water in our flat under the boiler at all so I’m assuming that fingers crossed it isn’t our boiler that has done the damage. We only run it for three hours a day so now where near 24hours. Thankyou so much

Thanks for that there is no way this can leak is there and cause a flood to the property below? They flooded last week and questioned my pipe but being in Sheffield we got hit bad with the floods so pretty sure it’s that is it dangerous if they dig or touch this condenser? Thankyou
