    Not sensible. You can’t use laminate underlay with LVT click. To soft and thick. You need LVT underlay if it doesn’t have one in. Go 9mm plywood or 6mm if it’s flat. Maybe go glue down LVT. Moduleo Layred and quickstep alpha are the best LVT clicks on the market.

    Get the builder or the floorlayer to get the tiles up. Wet them , double bag them and you will be fine. Then do a Dpm butty as that floor needs it.     Was the chipboard all level ? We tend to find chipboard is level as it’s new. So then we go 6mm ply and feather finish. How did he screed the floor? With a trowel or a pin leveller.

    No expansion needed mate. No drop on the trim though. Thats an end trim not a nosing. Yes do 45s on the bullnose. Like a 50p.

    Warm them up with a hairdresser the use a knife to get a corner up. Hopefully the glue strength is less then the screed strength so the scredd stays down.
