hi i have a switchmaster 400 which now has decided that it doesn't want to click on and off on the timer does anyone know if these are still made or if there is an easy alternative that i could wire in easily ? any help would be much appreciated

i think my valve is faulty for the below reason, the heating comes on no problem but wont cool down when room thermostat reaches temperature ( this has been replaced ) the valve never moves, i can make it turn off by moving the lever foward then back again, there is no resistance in the...

just checked and yes, still resistance turned stat up to fire bolier and the pipe to boiler is red hot, the pipe to heating is hot but not as hot, could this be as heating has been on this evening and hasnt had time to cool down ? maybe i should try this is the morning when everything is cold

your probably really fed up with me and i wouldnt blame you i have just turned power off again and the lever isnt loose, i push it forward and it has a motorised sound and springs back to a natural position
