Possible blocked cold feed between expansion tank and where cold feed joins pipe work. Usually that T is blocked.

Hi There I would suspect that your cold feed is blocked. Its the pipe that feeds the system from the expansion tank in your loft. do a search for blocked cold feed Regards

No, it may have added water, but wouldn’t clear a blocked cold feed. The feed is water taken from the cistern, not the feed going to it.
