    Tyre Rotation, any point?

Lancia Thema was way better than the others. They even made one with a Ferrari engine, badged 8.32

    Imigrants wishing to stay.

When was that?!?! 60 or 70 years ago? Italian women stopped covering their head in the late 50s. In same remote areas in the south, this custom remained until the early 70s. By then, only very old widows would cover their head and only when going to church. Of course there was the odd one who...

    Tyre Rotation, any point?

I've always done it and my tyres always wear evenly. Maybe because I have the alignment checked every year. If no adjustment needed it's only £18. Don't do it anymore because I now go around in scraps, thanks to our emperor.

    Load bearing wall

If the upstairs floor joists run perpendicular to that wall, the wall reduces the joist span and when removed, it must be replaced with steel. Sometimes a SE can design a wooden support, but steel is easier.

    Imigrants wishing to stay.

This happens in every civilised country. What's the problem if you don't employ illegal immigrants?

    Hangovers

Must be ages but I don't get drunk anymore. I don't usually drink during the week and unless I go out or there's a party at weekend I only have a couple of drinks. Even at parties I managed to walk away on my legs and remember everything. I don't get hungover either but if I drink I don't sleep...

Ginger men who now identifies as a woman.

The judge said he understood the defendant, who has been in the male prison estate while in custody, will stay there. "The key point is that you are a very significant risk to women," Judge Cooper said. "This is not predicated on your trans status, but on your criminal status." Finally a bit...

New High tech cameras to enforce 20mph roads

SMOOTHER driving, you say... What about the thousands of roads in London where there's no traffic, especially during certain hours, where everyone is crawling at 20mph polluting more than when they were smoothly driving at 30 or 40 mph with engine hitting a "sweeter spot"? 20mph limit should be...

New High tech cameras to enforce 20mph roads

Sure thing :ROFLMAO: Do what? Reduce pollution?!?! I am no expert, but my experience is this: my former automatic gearbox won't engage third gear until car is over 23/24mph. So going at 20mph the engine is revving at 1300rpm. At 24mph it revs at 1000rpm. Isn't the engine polluting more at...

How physically taxing is kitchen fitting?

You can be as careful as you want, at one point your body will be damaged. For me it was a 3m worktop that I lifted and turned around and the momentum cracked my back. Plus all the tools to carry, material, cabinets, appliances, etc If you have a young lad with you and can be good at not doing...

How thick can a starter mortar course be as a difference in foundation level.

As others said, brickies come across such situations everyday. Leave it to them. After a few courses and a couple of cuppa, your brick line will be levelled.

What have you been doing today?

J&R is good. I fitted them on my Passat and when the emperor took it away from me 4 years later, they were still good as new.

What have you been doing today?

30km mountain biking in nice sunny scenary and very few people around. Came back muddy and sweaty, boss hosed me down in the garden (bloody cold). Shower. Then the boss decided she needed a long walk in the woods and of course I was the chosen one to accompany her (there was nobody else after...
