Hi I have around 4x Aube thermostats (formerly thermonet 132-f), of which two are faulty, we think. One fails to click when the temp goes up, and the other goes faint, then loses power. I've found something of similar size, see here...

They are all bottom fed. Are the ball type better than the new style? Float value I think it’s called?

Looks like my other toilet had this kind of float, so it should work in place if the ball type?
