Should I cover the exposed krend?

Hello I’m having a concrete base and decking installed next to some existing krend on a wall. Just wondered if it should be covered up somehow? Cheers https://share.icloud.com/photos/022SZWJZVd4e-bFIAYFNBagww https://share.icloud.com/photos/0780iwqOPcHvq3vLI1m8BmgcQ

Replancing Aube Thermostats with Smart ones?

Hi I have around 4x Aube thermostats (formerly thermonet 132-f), of which two are faulty, we think. One fails to click when the temp goes up, and the other goes faint, then loses power. I've found something of similar size, see here...

    Toilet flush not working reliably

So should this kit fit this toilet, specifically the siphon, as the underside of the cistern doesn’t appear to have space for the washers and nuts… https://share.icloud.com/photos/0e22Xb5XmfsfwDYVUJhpepIWg https://share.icloud.com/photos/09aaZQHnLRNusdaoQb2YqdGMg...

They are all bottom fed. Are the ball type better than the new style? Float value I think it’s called?

    Toilet flush not working reliably

Looks like my other toilet had this kind of float, so it should work in place if the ball type?

    Toilet flush not working reliably

Just found this https://www.toolstation.com/thomas-dudley-universal-syphon-repair-kit/pAB196 The lever had lost its ceramic part. Presumably this includes one of those siphons we’ve listed? Seems to include the float, but looks different to the type I have. Will it work or does it need to be...

Presumably the yellow bit is an lock that allows you to remove the siphon?

    Toilet flush not working reliably

Thank you. The one you linked seems to be adjustable? Extends from 191mm (7.1/2") to 241mm (9.1/2") to provide a convenient solution that fits most lever operated cisterns

What’s the difference between the two? The existing one is 23cm high.
