Hello all. So I'm currently using Grip Fill solvent free gab adhesive at £2.79 a tube to stick some skirting in the rooms. Can I use the cheaper no nonsense brand (£2 a tube) or is GripFill longer lasting? I'll need about 20 more tubes. Thanks.

There is a pipe that goes from the boiler directly out of the property. I think that is called the condensate. The dark (dirty) pipe you see up there in the photos is for the washing machine (none connected at the moment). Do I still need a gas safe plumber or can any plumber fix this? Thanks.

Thanks. All done under warranty. For those that see this in future, the problem was the heat exchanger plate. Full of brown contamination. The (accredited) installer didn't flush the system properly. Good job I'm changing all rads.

I've bent it and everything works now, thanks. The only issue I have now is that I get little bangs and squeaks every now and then from the pipes expanding/contracting in the tight space :(
