Quick update on this, it seems it mainly weeps if it's not open enough. I opened it fully and the closed it about 1 full turn and so far it seems to be staying dry. Will keep an eye on it. And when i go to shut it off, as I am shutting it off it starts weeping as it gets closer to the shut position.

Unfortunately i cannot replace that stretch as that part is already beneath floor boards. in hindsight i should i have kept it longer. I'm thinking to dry fit and see how much i can make it move around specially up and down. If i can move the horizontol one up and down then maybe I can just...

Doesn’t putting it on dry without the thread cord mean it will essentially turn more on dry fitting compared to when fitting with the loctite 55? Or should it be able to reach the same number of turns that dry fitting reached even with the loctite 55?

On another note, if i've got a fitting that needs to end in an exact orientation. and if i'm tightening it and it feels like its getting tight and may not make it to the next full turn to align properly, what's the best solution for this? apparently loctite 55 is good for those cases where u...

Was doing ok for a few hours then just a little movement on the pipe while working then started leaking again. Tightened it a bit further as it’s not tight tight then stopped again. But same thing happening on cold side but every so often starts weeping again. Not really confident with this...
