Hi, When I drain the sink in my kitchen I can hear the boiler bubbling, it's the condensate trap pulling water down the overflow pipe into the drain which goes into the same drain as the sink. Is this normal?

Yeah they are. I rang the head office of the plumber company and they said they don’t do residential customers. I’ll try and speak to one of them. You reckon they could do a job on the side for a bit of cash? They’d do all the certificates etc?

Can I fit a plume management kit on the flue myself? Or can I do the install then call a gas safe engineer do to a Gas Safety Record cert?
