    Katsu Router...newbie question

Thanks very much for the reply. It's not a plunge base. What I'm getting confused with is I've got this large cutting bit with an attached bearing giving the offset I need for the width of cut but I don't know how I set the depth of cut!

    Katsu Router...newbie question

Hi All, Never used a router before and I've bought the Katsu one from Amazon. It doesn't come with any useful diagrams showing how to set it up so I thought I'd ask here. I've bought a rebating bit (https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07SJ4YBVL?ref_=ppx_hzod_title_dt_b_fed_asin_title_0_0&th=1) which...

The stains aren't terrible or large but as I'm decorating the house wanted to repaint the ceiling. I'm put two coats (so far) or BIN Aqua but still the yellow stains comes...

I've also got a small wall with black matt paint. I was going to use my matt ceiling emulsion on that (also Leyland). Would that be ok instead of undercoat?

    Wardrobe door fasteners...advice needed please

Soft close seems a lot more expensive. Really don't want to spend like £100 or more on hinges. Do Blum do a non-soft close alternative?

    Wardrobe door fasteners...advice needed please

I took the doors off earlier to gain access to a screw going into the ceiling. Wish I didn't. All the doors are now out of skew and I'm too stupid to work it out.

    Wardrobe door fasteners...advice needed please

The doors are around 19mm thick. I would say without checking in too much detail that the doors have warped slightly but not to the extent that if I push them closed and hold my hand there that they close all the way. Just need something beefy enough to hold them closed that's easy to open too...

    Wardrobe door fasteners...advice needed please

No. Mags are nowhere near strong enough. The doors are quite heavy and as they are warped a little need something quite strong to hold them closed.

    Lining paper question

Thanks @Wayners for the reply. I'm a little confused though so maybe you can advise. As I intend to cut through both this new lining paper and the old with the idea of removing the old paper for the new one to take its place, how can I do this given that the old lining paper is thick and a...
