I can see where it appears to be rubbing on the inside of the window frame on a couple of parts of the frame. I haven't inspected the hinges to be fair. Thanks for replying too.

He's a plumber. He fitted a new bath and didn't touch the overhead shower or shower pump. He drained down the cold water cylinder in the loft as well as the hot water tank as the bath didn't have any valves on the pipes to shut off the feed. Could it be an airlock?

Thanks again @Wayners but I won't be re-grouting the wall tiles. Just the floor. Should I just use frog tape on the walls and be careful?
