Did you totally down power it ? Inc disconnecting both batteries ?

Most keypads have the following 12+ 12- Data ( data transfer ) Clock ( data receive ) If one if the data lines is missing you could get keypad screen key bleeps but no data transfer .., If it was me and all wires are in the network bus ..,,totall down power and re power mains first

Check you haven’t pulled out a wire on the keypad bus in the panel

At a guess it’s not programmed for timed exit …

Post pictures of wiring in control panel and the detector …

How are the PIRS wired ? 4 wire or end of line ? Also is the setting set to final exit or timed ?

What’s chance of mobile network going down … it got a roaming sim Or pay a hefty charge for fitting dual com

Just use the sim based module in the first place …it used to be the GRPS + sim , but they have just changed it

To do what ?

Totally over the top , looks like you are using G3 bellboxs and have wired them accordingly You need to connect the batteries ( as far as I know ) for the fault relay to clear …

Strange thing is …..the end station is a a 816 the keypad is a 580/370 style keypad ….ive never seen that type of LED keypad on a 800 series ? They have allways been the contour LED or the original LED with the small flap to one side ?

The fuse isn’t in there …there’s a plain box about 20x 15 cm probably a plastic one all the fuses are inside that

Probably it’s lost 12v +….or tamper switch issue and the bell tamper in the panel is linked out ….also check battery charging resistor as they can burn out with a faulty battery ….post pictures of pcb..

As above I believe this is correct as the NVR gives Poe camera a local address to the machine , not an address on your network , not sure if you can alter this on the NVR
