I used easyfix grout last year on some paving and had exactly the same results as aveatry descibes. But pressure washed last week nad it has all come up like new so hasn't put me off using it again.

Might be worth trying disconnecting W.D from the sink waste and reconnecting where it goes through the wall.

Have you tried using Patient Access. You can have that at the same time as the NHS App and it covers most of the same things. Not sure if you have to register it at your surgery or not as I can't remember how I set it up on my laptop.. Have the App on the phone aswell

I don't think any of those would be done on an emergency basis on a Sunday affternoon. There would be lots of other things to sort out first.

Has the spindle worn or the hole it goes through in the latch. If it's the former then obviously use a different spindle. If it's the latter then try turning it with a flat bladed screwdriver that you can jam in the hole.

I didn't think you would need one if you kept the patio at the current level. If you do raise it and fit an Aco you would need to drop it down through the step and join into the gully underground.

Looking at the existing brick courses under the door it doesn't look like you have a problem with water pooling by the door, no green algae forming. So if you keep the same levels and fall away from the door I wouldn't think you will need a gully fitting. Having said that I don't know if that...
