Recommend a 10” circular saw blade?

Saxton blades are only a 10mins drive from where my medical appointment is tomorrow, so I will go in and ask I think. I assume they are a store like Toolstation, go to desk, ask and order they go get item as I pay? I am sure that’s what I read but can’t be more than 75%sure. Thank you for your help

Recommend a 10” circular saw blade?

Err… one thing I forgot to check and unknown if I need to worry, what size hole in the middle should I need to get? I am not sure on the name, maybe arbour, or a bore… (Sorry, pain, tiredness, medication, hot and autism all playing a role here, sorry for any confusion, I have confused...

Recommend a 10” circular saw blade?

The 80t blade is in my basket. I will then have a 40t blade (just resharpen?) and 80t. Thank you New question regarding same saw… Images show the online listing pictures and after my work cleaning, fixing bits, and making the saw operational once again. Although not yet turned it on...

    Workbench worktop

I knew it wouldn’t be think, but thin as kitchen foil… My original idea was to reuse old cans, cut them down to say 4”x6” then glue it down to the bench top… I might try this idea on some scrap osb I have. What are your views and advice so I can get a metallic finish worktop?

    Workbench worktop

Hello I am needing or wanting to put a new work surface on my workbench, I currently have an osb work top, but I wish to have an aluminium/steel type work top. I am thinking of using something like this...

    Outdoor chair/sofa

Hello I have something called Aphantasia, I can’t visualise images in my head, but I know what I want. I am after a chair or sofa, that will be extra comfy so I can enjoy the outside once again. Here is my first sketch of roughly what I am after. Should I just do butt joints, or mortise...

Recommend a 10” circular saw blade?

Lucky I have everything I need for the saw, except a riveting blade, and a mitre assembly. It did come with a blade, but the saw hasn’t been used for years, and the blade is rusty and I think needs replacing before any usages take place. I might be able to clean it up, and resharpen the teeth.

Recommend a 10” circular saw blade?

Hello Sorry, forgot the make and model, I brought this last week second hand, and other than a little tic, it seems a much better built saw than my current one, which is small, and needs bits added to it as many accessories are the worst quality going. Example, the fence (stock) easily twists...

Recommend a 10” circular saw blade?

Hello, My budget isn’t big, so I am after a cheap 10” circular saw blade for a table saw. Do I look for a blade with as many teeth? What are the pro and cons I need to look out for? Also, my saw is missing the riving knife, are they universal or do I need one just for my saw brand and...

    Assortment of cables?!

Hello, yeah a standard socket I am happy to replace/fix. The socket in question is in the kitchen, it is a socket/switch for my electric (I think it was induction for a few days) hob as we had to half upgrade our kitchen to make it safe for me to cook, we had a temporary hob for a few days as...

    Assortment of cables?!

Exactly my thought, I am not allowed to change over this socket as I need to be a registered electrician. We have had maybe 10 electricians over the past few years who have seen and unscrewed this socket and they have not replaced the screws. I keep seeing this socket and keep thinking is this...

    Assortment of cables?!

Hello Just a random post, not sure if it’s the correct place or not. So I am repairing some bits and bobs, and I have got items working and running again, like soldering broken wires from a battery compartment to the board controlling whatever the item I am repairing. So, to do this, I am...

    How does this work??

I have these already on my door… maybe they need a bit of a clean and oil??

    How does this work??

Typical… the man in the shop either lied to me or didn’t have a clue on what I was asking him…

    How does this work??

okay, so I have to keep a towel or something like that to be kept behind my door to keep my door closed, acting like a spring. Only problem I have no idea how it works. I have seen how they are installed but surely they are meant to compress so the momentum will transfer back into my door. I...

    Removing paint from osb.

I like green too, just wanted everything to be a natural wood colour inside. Most definitely… such a pain removing it… I have just under 50% left to go, but putting it off… as it’s not clean a thing… and I like clean.

    Wood cutting…

I am after a bin that is not tapered, it was the only picture of roughly what I am after that shows the 8 sides, with wood grain… It was not my plan to make one tapered.

    Removing paint from osb.

Yeah, just something that’s annoying me, but pictures show improvements. Was thinking about putting a new osb cut to fit, also painting a more mild colour like white, but the belt sander did a good job, just 50% left to sand down now, with the deeper bits maybe wood filler? What do you think...

    Removing paint from osb.

Although I still need to find and install cladding to my mini workshop on the doors and one side, (it’s no bigger than a bike shed), we have painted the outside so the weather keeps it from rotting. However I wanted to keep the inside natural wood, except I did not communicate this to the person...
