    Found a solution ..... seems you can buy tungsten drills 0.1 to 1.0mm set in 1/8" diam shanks ... and they are cheap enough.

    I’m looking for a 2 part male & female locating pins. Have a 32mm panel that is sliding into a recess, and need some form of guide pins, that will locate into receivers. Found these … anybody know of anything better. I suppose if there was a slight taper or chamfer on leading edge of pin it...

    I have IP65 boxes in the roof so could mount boxes above ceiling, but need LEDs that will be hPoy with high level if humidity when Hot Tub in use.
