Any advice please on replacing this small run of missing grout? I don't know the exact colour as I've just moved into the flat. Light brown is the best I can say.

Wondering if there's a cover that could hide the hole around this toilet waste pipe? It might have to be flexible because the pipe is sitting just above the skirting.

I should be clear that when I say the wiring looks fine, what I mean is all the correct wires are going into the correct terminals. I'll replace the fan and see how that goes.

I've checked the wiring in the light switch, isolation switch and extractor fan. It all looks fine, so is the most likely problem the fan is just broken?

That's a neat solution. I presume the board is just screwed to the floor along the front edge.

I suspect it's almost impossible to stop a washing machine from moving about, especially when it housed free in a cupboard, but any helpful tips would be very much appreciated. I've seen mats online like this one, but they are expensive and do they actually work...
