    Hi, I'm fitting 2 uPVC windows, from the inside BTW. I was thinking if i could fit an external uPVC sill after I've the wondows fitted. There are 6"tiles fitted as a sill at the moment, I could remove these if needed. Thoughts please and thanks.

    Sorry, should have said, I might have to remove 1/2" ply from a stud wall and I would have to cut all the way across the top of the ply about 5 or 6" down from the ceiling. About 7 or 8ft in length and was thinking of one of these...

    Altough a wee cordless saw set at the right depth, would be a lot handier at running across the 1/2" ply.
