    No, no heating just hot water. I tried the valve you mentioned and very dark water came out, no air.

    I would dye test all your drains and your slabs to see if anything comes through. I did a job next to Heaton Park and it turned out whatever water landed on the neighbours new tarmac drive, found its way into my customers sub floor.
