What about... Could you screw 4 blocks of wood down. Then a sheet of block board but cut some 50mm holes in it Edge with quadrant. Paint white. Screw to blocks on floor raising machine up 50mm as this will vent it. Be a solid base

That's a structural engineer question however. Know a local builder you can ask. That's what I would do first. Worth paying builder for advice as they would know a structural engineer for paperwork if needed.
