Hello I’ve an old shed that has three of these hinges on the outside of both doors (open outwards) which have seized up and slowly destroying the wood they are affixed to. Any suggestions on how best to twice without making it worse? Thanks

Is the red live (there’s 2 cables) neutral black (again 2) and earth the twisted one? Is quite an old house.. Cheers
