    You will be surprised how much you will use. Probably better to make your own up I think. £20 ish for lime and buy sand as required. Bin the remaining lime when done.

    Knock through floor. There probably is a cavity along floor which is why it's cracked. Fill it in. Wall I've just filled with loose insulation then cut some kingspan and pushed in stuck with foam. Plasterboard over stuck with foam or polymer mastic like Ob1 or Stixall.

    You can do damage with solvents and strong chemicals. White vinegar and soda might help but soap stains can be a problem if allowed to sit. No way I know to get rid of it.

    Sorry. Not read all your post. In a rush... Looks like cavity is in floor. I knock through and line with plastic and fill with concrete. Fill the sides with loose insulation then a solid sheet cut. Make sure bricks have ties bridging.
