you could fit a mini expansion vessel on the cold main (do you have a water mtr/non return valve?) check there are no "dead legs" where air is trapped when they cut out hot water pipes around the old cylinder. the taps may be "jumping" can you re washer them?

tony ...is that the rippled h/exch that he bought off ebay for £150 which was a dog, and he knew the heatcell and fan were goosed (price to replace both about £450 + ) and he thought for a call out fee he should get all replaced and the boiler brought to standard!................laughable !

so hang on let me get this right!? you buy a second hand piece of ****e for buttons. it is goosed, probably registered to another address somewhere. you get said piece of ****e fitted. you call WB out and expect them to put £500+ of new parts on your boiler to make it brand new again! oh...

quite possibly the pcb is faulty, i would get someone gas safe reg'd in or worcester to fix it. i'm looking at a computer screen not your boiler, sorry i can t help more but it seems a relay problem
