while you're looking at the parts diagram, check to see if it has a diverter valve fitted to the heater box. If it does, that's your problem.

DE fault does mean that the machine thinks the door is open. Could be door interlock or main pcb amongst other things.

4 flashes is a draining error. Check the drain, drain hose, drain pump, pressure switch and pcb.

Transporting on it's side hasn't caused this problem. Filling when there's no power to the machine indicates a faulty inlet valve. Change the valve and it should all be ok.

Lubricant? Wrong type of joint. Soldering iron is what you need.
