    It would be a sound move to replace the coil and capacitor first Cheap and the capacitor can be fitted loose without removing old one .

    FGT on a Camray 5 are very low. It is probably condensate rusting the baffles . Nowt to worry about unless return temp is low causing back end rot.

    Run the 110 into the stack with a 92 junction just below the vent and use the lower branch to fit a blank and boss as suggested for the other two.
