    If I get electrician to oin the cooker cables and blank box off with blanking plate. The circuit is on its own supply with rcd protection. If this is done is this compliant to pass EICR ?

    He thinks it may need a flush. Im thinking of just going with flush now. All radiators are hit and red on thermal camera. Could it still be abit of sludge causing it ?

    Here is a better picture. Could tjese valves be blocked up causing bamging. Or if they got shut off to chamge 3 port could the valves of not bee. Fully opened or seized ? Anyone help much appreciated. I have a bamging noise and getting grief of tennent

    When a engineer changed a 3 port valve 2 months ago this bamging started. I am not at the property. But if they shut the pump valve to work on 3 port and not opened back up fully could this cause the banging

    I had a boilor break down. 3 port got changed then got banging in pipes mainly above pump. T is not blocked. I got this changed. All radiators heating up hot and bled. Thermostat got changed. Pump lowered down. I can only think the new 3 ports shuts faster than old one causing back hammer ...

    Can take top piece of cabinet out to more easily install magna. Then put new top piece in as the piece is water damaged anyway of previous leaking drain off. This way if the partial block I have is on return which I suspect it is the magnaclense should catch it before going in boilor.

    Found return by boilor with a spiro installed not very good for access.. Looking at shopping this spiro for any pro 2.
