Thanks. Intrestingly I spoke to cafelli for party numbers. They said based on the constant dripping- 1) check EV. It may need replaced. 2) once done the plumber needs to replace safety relief valve as they get locked in place

Yes true. By the way vaillant unistor only offer 2 year waranty.

The last so called vaillant advanced engineer says. “As long as valves are not touched it will be fine, they don’t need anything done” before I explained issue.

Ok thanks will do. It’s amazing how when you ask for a cylinder service the response you get is “why” or if your explain you have a issue “no one will want to do that”

I noticed when cleaning up some of the cylinder has melted. Due to a slight leak. It might have been a one off leak? As it’s not wet now. It’s a uni store vaillant. Could I claim under vaillant 25 year waranty? Is it a simple case of tightening bolt? But I feel the leak is coming from a bit lower.

I had a Intergas combi installed in November. However I have misplaced book!! I have 12 year wants ceritifacate. Is there anyway around it? Can I get a replacement book? As it a first service is not due yet? I am just worried about commissioning checklist which I presume is in book?

I think it’s just a bit of lazy ness . He has now replied to say he will sort it. I presume if that doesn’t work he can shower by different sleeves like the one in pictures.
