    Pyronix Deltabell Wiring

If it is difficult to gain access I’d personally disconnect the tamper switch. More hassle than it’s worth imo

    Boiler Upgraded

The more I look at the more I am disappointed. If it is relocated to the front wall, raised above the tiles and the pipe work reconfigured it would become I neater job I think. However that would require the flue to be drilled again. How would the existing flue hole be covered externally?

    Boiler Upgraded

He said the flue need to be 300mm from the adjacent property. I guess strictly speaking he is correct but in reality the flue is nearer to next doors window than it was before as it is higher. The property is 28 years old and looking around the neighbourhood where I have seen many heating...

    Cost of installing an alarm

I’d want more than £300 to put my name to that rubbish  so far you have wasted £50 and got nowhere. Go for a walk around the local area and see which company has the most siren boxes installed then get in touch with that company.

Enforcer V10 Alarm Panel no longer illuminated

That is the normal way. Keypad will illuminate when you press a key or the entry procedure is initiated.

    Well that’s that then.

    Texecom Alarm with Quad PIR’s

Yeah that’s about it. To be 100% I’d set the alarm then enter the room. You don’t want the detector activating as soon as you put one foot in the room but to activate after human movement for a second or two.

    Texecom Alarm with Quad PIR’s

I think auto and low sensitivity are just marketing terms for what used to be called pulse count. I’d always use low sensitivity/pulse count 2 in a normal room and high sensitivity/pulse count 1 in a corridor or a small room. Which control panel do you have? Most have a double knock attribute...

    Pyronix PIR or Dual Tec

Personally I’d go with the Quad on low sensitivity. Dual tech only needed in conservatory’s or if the detector is in direct sunlight.

    This a competitive price? https://www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/intruder-alarm-c-36/kits-c-36_62/pyronix-enforcer-kit-3-p-5085.html

    Visonic Powermaster 30

I doubt you would ever need to upgrade the firmware. Pyronix Enforcer ticks all the boxes :) Not sure but you may need to purchase the back-plate and cover separately from the kit! A bit daft if you do but that really is the only negative I can think of apart from the app cost of £3 per month...

    Visonic Powermaster 30

In my opinion you are throwing good money after bad. I find the kit awful. Bite the bullet and replace everything with Pyronix Enforcer equipment and relax for the next 10 years or so.

pyronix enforcer v10 alarms on loss of wifi

Timer not set as 250 is it? Think 250 disables the fault.
