Thats just a blanking plug, screwfix sell replacements in pairs, bleed and blanking plug. Shutoff both radiator valves, opdn the bleed screw and let as much water out as you can, have some towels handy and remove the p!ug and replace, you mayhave to dig out remains of the old washer, I always...

As above, black tap at 90 degrees to the body, isolating valve screw head across the body, that's the water off, then keep bleeding one rad til pressure drops to 1 bar.

Bit high for cold, is this a hot or cold reading? If cold bleed a rad until the pressure drops to about 1 bar. If hot wait until the boiler cools and check then.

Boxes should read hoses.

Can you see the screw head on that fitting? Put all the boxes back on, open the normal tap and turn that screw so that the slot is inline with the valve body, your system will then re pressurise. Take it slowly, you don't want to over pressurise

Has the boiler connection where the flexhose fits got a valve screw in it? The photo obscures that fitting.

The one way valve that the flexhose connects to maybe stuck, a sharp tap or poke inside with a suitable tool to see if you can free it up. Was it a decent flow from the hose?

Make sure both of those taps are off, then remove the filling loop at the boiler end, place it in a bowl and slowly open the tap, does anything come out? You may have a frozen pipe.
