    Accessing bathroom box behind tiles

How are you going to support the back edge of that tile when you refit it?

    Tiling sockets close together

I wouldn't, you wouldn't see anything and it'd be so thin a cut to avoid the screws that it'd be a pain to fit and cut

    Accessing bathroom box behind tiles

100% this. Save yourself some time and accept they're going to need smashing off. They're very likely to be ceramic and will snap off in pieces. They look like a fairly plain white tile so shouldn't be hard to find replacements.

    Accessing bathroom box behind tiles

A hammer will give you access. Then it'll need making good and retiling

In-line basin and bath waste setup review...

I've done this on many installs when there is no other option, only once have I had a problem with gurgling and the solution was an anti Syphon trap at the basin. https://www.screwfix.com/p/mcalpine-anti-syphon-bottle-trap-white-32mm/37314?ref=SFAppShare

Fitting Architrave around Half Newel Post Finial

Looks like a decent cut around the finial, if you're pleased with it then that's all that matters

    Rubiales. He's gone. Inevitable.

Actors filming a scene, what's my prize? I did say I didn't think he was right. My point from my original response was that it was a mountain made from a molehill.

    Rubiales. He's gone. Inevitable.

By hugging him she clearly gave him the wrong impression, I'm not saying he was right but it's been blown way out of proportion

Vanity Unit, Countertop Basin - Waste leaking

I use them every time, I find modern slotted wastes poorly designed as water always makes it way down the opposing slot cut into the waste. The seals provided don't do the job at all.

Utterly barmy, she hugged him first. Much ado about nothing

Bath Tap - Is This Bend in Flexi Hose a Problem?

Ouch, that's twisted as it's been tightened. Poor attention to detail. I wouldn't leave one like that

    Open floor, best option?

Personally I like t+g softwood floorboards but the chipboard t+g sheets are ok if you make sure you screw them down properly rather than nail them.

    Open floor, best option?

I'd put a wooden floor down first then 6mm nmp screwed and glued as per manufacturer instructions. 6mm nmp is not suitable for walls, they won't guarantee it at all and only recommend 12mm for walls. It gets very expensive to do walls in 12mm. You could plasterboard it and then tank the main...
