    That BMI stuff can be misleading, a bloke I know is a 21st bodybuilder and he has hardly any fat on him, yet the BMI guidelines would assume he's obese based on his bodyweight, same for rugby players etc.

    Just got back from a weekend in London, shocked at the prices some pubs were charging, £15 for two pints in a few pubs, the cheapest we found was a Sam Smiths pub The Cittie of Yorke, £3.90 for a lovely pint of dark mild.

    Sad news, Barry drank in my regular pub in Cardiff, hadn't seen him in there for a while so guessed he wasn't well, last saw him in the bookies back in November. He was a lovely bloke, well liked by all, will be missed in town, RIP Barry.

    A pint of Worthington in Wetherspoons in Cardiff city centre is £2.34. The only three other 'cheap' pubs in the area charge £2.50. £2.90 and £3. It's no wonder the 'spoons is always busy.
