Hi. I have a house where it is terraced and has a alley way. (Where I have a room above it) I want to put a kitchen extracter fan vented outside. However I realised if I cut hole it may cause the JOIST to drop. Is there anyway round this?

So how do I know it’s capped off? I presume given it was a working gas fire before I removed it won’t be capped?

A gas safe perso removed a gas fire and capped it off. is it possible for me to get a electrician to install a mains socket inside the fire place? Without any safety issues

I noticed you since gdpr in 2018. If you object , the applicant can not find out. I requested the objection letters via the freedom of information act _ as example, name and address was voided. Even images, or any line which could give information away _ such as “I live next door”
