What evidence do you have for that?

    Range anxiety - mobility scooters

No. The charger is able to provide enough power for running the phone apps and for charging the battery at the same time.

    Range anxiety - mobility scooters

True. But the thread is about an electric mobility scooter, not an ICE vehicle. I meant to say "while on the move under power provided by the battery".

    Range anxiety - mobility scooters

Even if the load is only 1W, that requires current from the batteries. Current can't flow both ways at the same time; so you can't charge the batteries while on the move.

    Range anxiety - mobility scooters

Yes it would, if you wanted to keep moving. But a lower powered one could top up the existing batteries if you're prepared to wait. The existing batteries clearly can't charge and discharge at the same time.

    Toilet Cistern not automatically filling

Probably just lime-scale preventing the float moving up and down. Close the service valve in the water supply, then clean the float valve.

Electric shower running too hot - temperature dial issue?

Looks like water has been getting where it shouldn't for a long time, judging by the gunge on the shower base. Why is that pipe on the right disconnected?

Thompson's Water Seal on roof to prevent moss?

Well, the supposed principle is that copper corrosion products get washed down from the copper strip along the roof ridge and deter moss growth. So presumably some would get into the water system eventually. The jury seems to be out as to whether the strip is as effective as claimed.

    What's this pipe?

If you do cut it off, it might be advisable to re-seal the remainder to prevent it becoming a way in for rats.

Do tap washers come in different thicknesses?

Looks as though the washer should be a bit thicker? Worth trying another (thinner) washer behind that one?

    Remove large metal pole

Can't tell from pic how close it is to your house. Obviously, make sure that distance is greater than the pole height if you intend pulling it down in one piece! Personally, I'd remove it in stages, as suggested above.

What if a drilled hole is too big?

I've had that problem, but now always start the hole with a slightly smaller diameter bit than the plug diameter, then finish off with the correct size bit.

    Mobile Phone Booster

Exactly. And importantly, the authentication code sender has to support it.
