Setting water and heater temperature on boiler and cylinder

No set at 70c on boiler and leave it there forever. If you are demanding water at 60c you need a flow of at least 70c allowing for losses unlagged pipes etc. You aim to store it at 60c distribute it at 50c and have it at 45c coming out the taps.

Setting water and heater temperature on boiler and cylinder

The right hand knob on your boiler doesn't actually do anything. Its a commonrail design from the combination boiler. Set your boiler flow to 70c and your cylinder thermostat should be on 60c. You can adjust the cylinder up a down 5 degrees to get it to a level that is comfortable. Cylinder...

    Shower tray movement

Part of the problem is the release agents they use on the back of the trays when they make them. However if you mix up sbr with cement (no water) and coat the back of tray and the floor before you bed it it will never move.

Mystery Sewer Gas Smell after Extension

I may have the solution. Looking at the diagram i would be checking the two bath traps what depth of seal are they?? Its very common nowdays for plumbers to fit bath traps with extremely shallow seals as there easy to fit. However let the bath contents go and it will suck out the water trap.

Kids have pulled radiator off plasterboard wall!

Red gripits have a loadbearing of 74kg. Combine that with hatching the plasterboard with a stanley blade and sticking brackets on with clear silicon. :) Or you can cut plasterboard out with multitool..put stud in between uprights and then replace plasterboard and easyfill.
