    I have a container with Seaweed collected last year after the winter storms and has been composting for in excess of 8mths in water. I've read somewhere the mix for bushes and general approx. 1 part to 3 parts water, but for lawns would it be the same or weaker. Or is that still too strong a mix.

    Both the posts and overlap panels run down the center line of the stated boundary line dimension on the plan. This fence or boundary is not marked with 'T' on either side or mentioned in writing to define the responsibility.
