    Incresing Hole Size

When I had to cut a hole in thermalites I used a jigsaw with a metal cutting blade. Ruins the blade, but I used an old one. They are so soft you could use a bread knife

Insulated plasterboard or plasterboard with separate insulation board

That shouldn't be an issue, as they will be filled with plaster. Even if they are foil backed boards, there will still be 2 layers of foil in the insulation stopping water vapour

Insulated plasterboard or plasterboard with separate insulation board

    Paint primer strippers

I found the eco strip products worked pretty well. I was sceptical, as I associate paint stripping with nitromors from the 90s which burned, and did the job. Paint it on, cover in cling film and leave over night, and it stripped off about 8 layers of paint on my skirting no problem

Preparing solid wall brickwork for insulated plasterboard

When I've done this before, I've just primed the bare brickwork with an acrylic primer then used foam to stick the insulation up, then foam again to attach the boards. Few screws across the boards and jobs a good one.
