How to connect two new Nest 3rd gen heatlinks? (photos)

I was going by this picture on page 5: I must admit, their installation manual tries to be so simplistic that it ends of creating confusion.

How to connect two new Nest 3rd gen heatlinks? (photos)

It looks like we have been using the terms "thermostat" and "base unit" to describe the same thing. The Nest documentation calls these thermostats the "base units". So we are on the same page.

    Front door paint?

The manufacturers first sent us a "touch up" pen - which we applied with the following results: Clearly, this is now even worse than before. Which lead to us asking for a litre of paint and the £35 quote. We have access to an airless paint sprayer which we could use to apply the...

    Front door paint?

The front door of our home has recently become scratched so we would now like to fully repaint it. The manufacturers of the door have quoted £35 for one litre of the paint recommended to recover it. It is just a black front door with a semi-matt finish; nothing special. We would prefer to not...

    Removing tarmac driveway?

Thanks for helping me understand. Location is urban Gloucestershire, with no pipes, perfectly flat, and with full access to the main road from one end and one entire side length. A very rough idea of an expected price would be really useful. Thank you.

    Removing tarmac driveway?

I have a tarmac driveway which is approximately 45 meters squared in size. How much roughly would it cost to be removed in terms of labour? Would this usually require skip hire and mini digger hire?

Kitchen lights stopped working - please help!

I will read the Wikis right away. Thank you. The bedroom light appears to be at full brightness. However, the bathroom is now definitely at only half brightness. What could this mean?

Kitchen lights stopped working - please help!

My kitchen lights will no longer switch on, since I replaced the ceiling rose and pendant in the bedroom. There are three lights which appear to be on a circuit on one side of the house: the bedroom, the kitchen and the bathroom. All other ceiling lights appear to be on a separate circuit and...
