Hi John thanks for your help on this, I put three cups with water overnight on each shelf and they all froze...I have checked the seals and hovered the back grill to clear the dust. Also googled the make and model...not sure what else I could do..other than call someone out...

No lights on the control panel, but it is on as the button are all backlit. The PIRs work. I just need to reset it I think. When I put in the code their is a continuous tone then the alarm goes off....

Hi all, at 3am this morning my internal alarm went off and they key pad showed no power. Then I disconnected the internal sounder. At 3:30am the external siren went off and I disconnected the internal battery in the metal box and pushed the fuse down in the fuse box. At 4am the external siren...

Hi I currently have a light switch which I want to replace. The current switch has 2 holes labelled L1 and COMM with 4 wires going into them. The new switch has 4 holes labelled L1 through to L4. Can someone advise where I should wire the 4 wires please. Many thanks Charn

Light fitting and connector box fitting wires

The connector box came from the old lighting all the cables where in there, not quite sure on the white one...as I did put that one in myself.....I need to put in a connector box as the existing cables from the ceiling are too short...what should I do,,,? Please
