Here's a picture of the fan these are the only terminals. At the moment there is no switch at all I'm adding this in so I could use whatever wire. The problem is those wires it says to connect just don't exist unless I start opening up the main body of the fan to get to them. How can...

Here's a pic of the back of the wall switch. I wondered if it was American for live as well. But I still don't understand what it means by fan control wire and light control wire? The only connections on the fan are live, Neutral and Earth.

Thanks for the replies guys. I think I'm definitely going to go for it in next week or two so I will let you know how it goes and see if I can get some pics. Just wondering why do you need to put the battens over the insulation? Won't that make it difficult to get them flat? And also do...

    conservatory heating

I do think I will probably go for that unit the only things making me think twice is having to cut a dirty great 500 x 300mm hole in the wall and also if it's noisy. The description says quiet operation but what does that mean I can't find is actual noise level in db anywhere

    conservatory heating

    conservatory heating

That looks very smart I must say. Problem is I've been looking into them a bit and the price of these things is unbelievable from what I've seen. Am I right im looking easy over a grand for one? No way can I justify that to heat one room im afraid.
