    I have my terms and conditions on the back of my invoice pads which is ok for remedial jobs etc. where do I stand legally on emailed estimates for larger works. Do I attach t&c's to the estimate email or do I get them to sign the invoice sheet as acknowledgement before work commences.

    What do you guys do with old water tanks in the loft when upgrading or changing. The question relates really to loft hatches smaller than the tanks. I only ask as a customer has raised the issue regarding why I've left a large tank up in her loft even after explaining the reason.
