32mm push fit waste pipe should do it ?

Sorry mistake in my text Meant attending today That picture I was sent Couldn’t make out exactly what size

Need to find the right size of this pipe to fix the short cut. Would anyone know what size I would need ? Or any other way or fixing it? Attended today and it has been left like this for couple of months

Undo the nut that’s holding flush valve in place or the other nut underneath that

I can’t add the video but you can see from here slightly on the right hand side of the pipe

It don’t look like it leaks from the nut that hold the valve in place. I mean then it would leak I guess from the top slightly. But when I flush it leaks from the join of the pipe and falls alone the pipe and onto the floor.

Think that’s the best option. Just get the cistern out and replace everything that’s connected underneath basically. Which screws are you referring to ?

These are the photos I have. I could get to the nut I tried tightening it when I was there but it turned a bit and still leaked. If I was to undo that nut which is connected to the white pipe applying plumbers mate would help seal it ?

I thought to change the washer you have to pull the cistern out for better access

If you undo the nut underneath can you just pull the cistern out and replace ? Or is that more of a headache

Unfortunately I caught covid and couldn’t do the job. Customer did change the cylinder but because I was not well he got someone else in But I deffo will tackle the immersion next time Feel a bit more confident

Have advised customer on possible damage. He has asked for quote for replacing the whole cylinder instead
