No there isn’t a make and model. I can’t find the same flush valve. That’s why I was wandering if I could just use a different model

Need to change toilet flush valve but I can’t find the same one in any merchants. Can I just unscrew it from inside the cistern and replace with a different type ? I’ll include the pictures.

Would a soakaway help ? Or would you not recommend it ? so basically we’re I have the decorative stones. Dig out a mini trench and fill it up and lay it back together and then should ideally sort out the issue of the drainage

I have this issue that water keeps building up in this area whenever I try cleaning the tiles. It’s such a headache. First we had issue with the drainage but I’ve sorted that now. Is there any way on getting this water to build up here ?

I can’t find the nearest manhole. Also regarding the bushy thing it was there before I checked I presume it was just some dead leafs. I’ll clear out the gully trap. Yes please if you could give those comments

I thought that it all must go to into a stack. But it seems to just be going into the ground and left there ? I’m not sure

I have a issue since moving in this house with the waste. Sink gets blocked, shower gets blocked and basin gets blocked. I have managed to get to back of the house we’re the waste pipe is. I have taken a few photos. I would love advice and help on how to rectify this. Also how to clear the blockage.
