The image I posted has a bolt on one side. That is fine. It has screws on the other side and they are the issue. They keep coming loose.

The hex bolt is solid. It’s the screws that keep coming loose. How can I determine if my screws are 3mm and that size dowel would be adequate?

Can I use a hep20 insert in the current plastic pipe? It may not be a hep20 pipe.

It initially leaked around a year ago. I tightened it and it stopped leaking. It's now started again. Is it a faulty fitting or ought to be replaced with something else? Thanks in advance.
