Ply panelling getting too wet at base

Will it be strong enough to hold shelves which I will make to go on top? Is the plastic between to stop the water being absorbed? Put two pieces either side of old ply for strength?

Ply panelling getting too wet at base

Only had it a year. Planning on keeping it for years if I can. Love it. Only 2013. It's been waterproofed and the floor toughened with line x as well. Those ply bits for wheel arches are cheap as well. Shall I just replace the whole thing when gives way from the heavy shelves on top?

Ply panelling getting too wet at base

This ply panelling which goes over wheel arch will take the weight of some heavy shelves. As the bottom is always getting wet I guess it will rot and weaken. Any suggestions to get round this? Put some other wood underneath etc

Getting a fence panel between two tight posts

Old panel blew down. This fence panel I am trying to fit won't butt up at the bottom. Is it just a case of digging it out more. There is a bit of a gap at bottom on other side. Also, if it just won't fit, can you sand or saw one end down? It is a panel divided into two bits by a piece of...

I guess if it's long wood on the mitre saw it is not supported at the ends like on specific mitre saw stand though

    Organising garage?

Yeah been thinking about one of those site boxes. They're expensive but think the only way a thief can get in is with an angle grinder which a thief won't want to use as it's too noisy. Have to bolt it to floor as well.

How to use this expanding fixing?

Can you get thunderbolts out relatively easily when you want to take them out? Best to put them in and out with a rachet?

    Organising garage?

Hi You mean metal strips on the outside side of the wood to the side of garage door. Maybe with thunderbolts attaching them to the masonry on the side?
