    This box is as dry as bone so im probably barking up teh wrong tree with that. Any idea where i would get part numbers for this one as the guy who works in our parts centre is new and is a doughnut!!!! What would you check first?? G

    Clf, It literally is billowing out front underneath the boiler shell. Again at the risk of getting *******ed how do i accurately detremine if it is smoke or steam. I know i may ask stupid questions but i would rather do it here than leave something unsafe to use. G

    Right, Moving forward!!! I will clean up and excess water/oil/dirt in teh boiler house. Run the boiler until the boilerhouse is dry. If i still have steam then i have a leaking shell which will need to be replaced. Sound like a plan?? G

    I think i may have over exagerrated the "mess of oil and water". The ground in the boiler house is damp and there is some dirt on the floor of the boiler house which has soaked up some spilt oil. You dont need to wear wellies to go in there!!! G
