    Link out the external controls to rule them out first! Then try it with pump disconnected etc till fuse doesn't blow! Then you will know what is the problem :wink:

    Ha ha the Electromax is essentially 2 products in 1 box ! A megaflo unvented hot water cylinder with 2 immersions ! And an Amptec electric boiler running the heating with both running it will pull around 60 amps :roll: Hence the possible need for a new fuse board or additional 1 :roll:

    Also note it only heats water to 38 degrees! Ok for showering but probably not hot enough for washing dishes! :roll:

    Regulations state that all joints in the flue should be accessible to inspect! You don't have to fit them on outside wall! I personally would be hesitant to fit a Gledhill with there situation! Go for a Heatrae Sadia Electromax system! Proven quality ;0)...

    Try isolating the flow and return under boiler this will tell you if it is boiler problem or leak on system! you also wont have any heating! but do it while heating is off over night or something just to find out ! :wink:

    Unless you have pumped water into the shraeder there should only be air coming out ! when they go you can normally see rust mark along the seam at the bottom of the vessel ! :wink:

    The thermistor controls the frost protection and if this were faulty it would show up on the display ! I would get the engineer to replace the pressure sensor as i suspect this is at fault! also the boiler frost stat only protects the boiler and not the connecting pipework so make sure it is...

    You need to fit the pilot kit which includes a differant type off injector which always sorts this problem out for me :lol:
