Thanks for the reply, I have set the entry sensor as 09 (Area FX) as this is the sensor for entry when on full set and also the sensor I have to go through to go upstairs and back down to unset once on night mode. Is this right?

Nope, no alert showing when setting from the control panel. The issue must be the keypad...

Yes it sets but once I enter the code an alert shows. I am unable to set the alarm after as it say 'Unable to set restore requred'

active faults restore required, this only happens when the alarm is set in the day under area A. When it is in area B it is fine, no alerts in the morning. The faults get clear once I am in engineers mode.

just highlights A as if I'm going to arm the alarm, doesn't really show me the reason for the alert.
